Customer Survey Feedback

Thank you to everyone who took part in our 2012 Customer Survey. We kept the questions the same as in 2011 to better compare what you are truly digging about us and areas where we need to dig a little deeper.

We don’t take this lightly and appreciate your valuable comments, concerns and kudos. While we definitely continued to service more customers in 2012, that also attributed to a substantial increase in the number of respondents completing the survey by 76% compared to 2011. With this increase we are still pleased to report our Overall Satisfaction remained at 83% and you are 84% Likely to Recommend us! Let’s take a look further at some of the highlights and areas that will continue to be a focus.

This response to the survey results seems superficial and the lack of depth gives the impression that very little time and effort was spent reading (and understanding)comments from respondents. I guess time will tell how much of an impact the survey will have.

The statistics are sound and accurate, and we take great pride in delivering our customer’s feedback. With the vast array of facility services, the summary had to take a comprehensive review, and each individual comment could not be emphasized.

We have read all the comments, and spent much deliberation with our leadership team to create awareness for any issues and ensure continual improvements will be made to curb aspects that create challenges for our customers.
