2009 Customer Survey - Our Response/Action Plan


Periodically, we conduct a survey of our members and other customers in order to determine which areas we can improve in. We are grateful for your feedback, and encourage you to contact us at any time with any questions or concerns. We take these survey results very seriously, and in consultation between all of our internal departments, we prepare a communication to our customers, which you can now view online. This page will tell you we're doing, and give you answers to questions you posed through the survey. As always, we invite you to let us know how we can serve you better.
