Synrgy 360 is here!

The SYNRGY 360 and SYNRGY T are here and getting prepped by our staff for you as we speak! The Synrgy 360 should be ready for use tonight. Ask our staff and they can show you it's full potential of amping up your workout routine.

PLUS - starting January 20 we'll have the following classes offered on the Synrgy 360. Just sign up at our Fitness Centre Desk to participate.

ENDORPHIN RUSH
The feel good workout! A circuit with more cardio endurance involved. Uses things like the battle ropes, skipping ropes, monkey bars, rowers, bikes (or whatever cardio machines are close by). Do a 45 second circuit with 15 seconds rest between exercises, for example. Designed to keep the heart rate up.

FIGHT OR FLIGHT
The Body’s natural response for survival. The “fight” could involve exercises such as the battle ropes, cables, med ball tosses against the ground or trampoline, land mines, and shadow boxing. The “flight” could involve sprints around the track if it was open, or sets of nearby stairs, or sprints on the rowers. You could do 2 exercises either for reps or for time and then do a “sprint”.

ADRENALINE JUNKIE
Get adrenaline pumping through your muscles! A circuit with its main focus on full body strength utilizing the different pull up bars, woody bands, battle ropes, TRX, Rebounders, Cable vest, Plyometric boxes, Rowers with high resistance, Stairs with different weight component, etc.

INCREASE THE HEAT
Get your heart pumping and burn fat! A circuit focusing on anaerobic system. High intensity exercise to get the heart pumping , maintain high heart rate throughout the session and burn fats throughout the workout. Using different equipment such as rowers, Kieser bikes, battle ropes, stroops equipment, rebounder, cable punches, agility ladder etc.
