Happy Valentines Day!
HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!
In support of Heart Month, The Heart and Stroke Foundation and Cardiac Wellness will be on-site promoting heart health. Stop by their informative booths at the North Entrance at one of the following dates and times:
Wednesday, February 15th from 1-3pm
Monday, February 27th from 9-11am
The Heart and Stroke Foundation will be doing blood pressure checks and will have lots of information on hand including where to go to do a risk assessment. Cardiac Wellness will have information about their program, their Prevention and Screening Services and materials on heart health topics like sleep, exercise, recipes and more.
