Group Power will be cancelled on Thursday (August 25) from 12:15-1:15pm. Instead, we will be running a Boot Camp class at this time with Sherri.

I heard more Group Power classes were coming for the fall. When will that schedule be released?
We are adding more classes in the Fall. We are just finalizing the schedule now that will come into effect September 19. The schedule will be released by September 12th with the launch of our new website at the latest.
