This is a very appealing contest, but from what I can glean you have to sign up for facebook to enter.
This is unfortunate and rather exclusionary - there are a lot of people who are not on facebook and do not want to join. A significant portion of your membership is comprised of older people or others who are not so tech savvy. It would be nice if you could open this up to everyone with a simple online entry process.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on our Gain a Trainer Facebook contest. The purpose of this contest is to stimulate interest for our members and customers to join our Facebook community and for Talisman Centre to provide another avenue to talk and interact with our audience. We strongly believe that Facebook can support us in exchanging quick information through posts and more detailed communication through reviews and discussions. We understand that not all of our customers will have access or want to communicate on this medium and subscribe to our Facebook fan page, so throughout the year as we launch more contests and promotions we will host them on a variety of our media channels, in order to best reach our diverse customer base.
