Please note: You will require a Drop-In Fitness card to access all classes. These cards are handed out 30 minutes prior to the start of class at the Customer Service Desk except for classes located in the Profile Room or Mezzanine, these cards can be picked up at the Fitness Centre Desk.

Why are there only 2 Ripped classes in the evening? Also, there used to be at least 1 class offered after 5. The morning classes are scheduled at a time that most people are at work --- is there any way they could be held earlier?
Thank you very much for your feedback regarding the Get RIPPED! program.
All Drop-In Fitness classes are being introduced back in a progressive manner throughout the year. As of February 28th, we are excited to add the following Get RIPPED! classes to the current schedule:
· Monday’s at 6:30pm
· Tuesday’s at 5:45pm
· Thursday’s at 5:45pm
· Friday’s at 10:30am
· Saturday’s at 11:30am
There will also be an opportunity to introduce more Get RIPPED! classes in September. We are still confirming scheduling and will post information on this as soon as we can!
