Date Night at Talisman Centre
Who wants to go out for calorie-heavy dinner on Valentines Day when they could bring their special someone to Talisman Centre?
Sweat it out together in one of our Group Fitness classes, challenge yourselves to a game of badminton or basketball, or enjoy a nice swim and then relax in the steam room. All Annual Members can bring a friend to work out with them on February 14th, 2013.
Just sign in at the Customer Service Desk (friend and Member must sign in together).

The Heart & Stroke Foundation and Cardiac Wellness Institute of Calgary are teaming up again this year at Talisman Centre in support of February's Heart Month.
