NEW CLASSES ADDED:
9 New Power Cycle Classes
- Sunday from 9:30-10:30am
- Monday from 12:05-1:05pm
- Monday from 7:00-8:00pm
- Tuesday from 7:00-8:00pm
- Wednesday from 6:15-7:15am
- Wednesday from 12:05-1:05pm
- Wednesday from 7:00-8:00pm
- Thursday from 7:00-8:00pm
- Friday from 6:15-7:15am
WELCOME BACK TO:
Zumba
- Wednesday from 5:00-6:00pm (starting February 1st)
- Saturday from 1:00-2:00pm (starting February 4th)
Deep Water Fitness
- Tuesday from 10:30-11:30am
- Friday from 10:30-11:30am
Cardio Kickboxing
- Sunday from 10:30-11:30am
CHANGES IN TIMES:
Group Power, RIPPED! and Power Cycling
- Classes scheduled from 6:30-7:30am will be changed to 6:15-7:15am
