50-metre open lanes now available
Effective October 21, 2010 we are pleased to offer 50-metre lane swimming open to the public Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:00am - 8:30am.

Change to Sunday Yoga Time
Please note there has been a change to the start time of our Sunday Yoga Class. Starting Sunday October 24th Yoga will start at 11:15am (instead of 11:00am). This does not affect the times of any other Yoga classes during the week.
